i use CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX and the Wobble brush (it's free on the Clip studio store, you need an account to register tho!)

might sound confusing true, however it can save all your brushes you obtained in your account! which makes it easier to accsses when you moving devices or on tablet/laptop/phone!

other option is to get the SUA. brush files which is pretty easy, you just need to ask someone, i can give it to you if you want!

Yeah it makes easier but I do not like companies controling my software, I use krita btw so it wouldnt work anyways (killing myself)

Krita is great! Even if a little complicated to do some things , i brlive i have a site that have alot of krita brushes so hopefully you found a similar tool!
